Become a Registered Breeder--Register with AKPR and obtain a Herd Prefix.

This form is for the purpose of tracing unrecognized or undocumented animals and should be used ONLY in cases where the breeder can no longer be contacted or is unknown. The completion of this form does not guarantee that an Official Registration will be issued. The Undocumented Registration Fee in non-refundable regardless of the outcome.
